How does buying 3D printed products work?
We keep a lot of products in stock but the list is ever changing so when ordering with us please keep in mind, we might have to print the product before it is available. Which could take upto a week to get printed depending on scheduling of prints. Website orders have priority over custom orders, but all orders are important to us.
Can I order the out of stock GW range?
Yes, you can reach out to us and we can order any product on our website. All prices are 25% off GW's retail price.
Can we Order from outside of Australia?
Absolutely! we want our products to be available no matter where you are. We have tried our best to work out how to pay any fees that might arise for you importing, but unfortunately we can't control when a Government decides to charge duties. So we apologies if you get charged Fees but thankfully we have some of the cheapest prices worldwide so it should all even out.
Can I order GW products not on your website?
Yes, We can order most GW products, but due to how GW operates we can only offer a 15% discount on webstore Direct products.
Can I pre-order GW releases?
Yes, we will upload New products as we get info, but due to GW's ordering system we are restricted to Pre pre-ordering. So if you see products you are interested in the Sunday Preview on Warhammer Community that is the time to reach out and express your interest, to guarantee your pre-order through our website.
Why is shipping on Transport Boxes so expensive?
These are big boxes and they don't even compact into each other. So that's why there is a base price of $20. it is also the reason we offer the conversion packs, so anyone can purchase their boxes from any Officeworks Australia wide.
How good are your magnets?
We think they are great, after years of experience using magnets and buying many cheap magnets online. Our Team think these are the best we have used and will recommend them wholeheartedly.
Do we need the Metal Transport Sheet?
No, they are a optional addon for a reason. The difference is in the magnet sheet there are alternating strips of positive and negative all along the sheet which allows any orientation of magnet to stick to the sheet. The downside to this feature is the rare earth magnets we recommend for miniature bases will not have as Strong of an attraction as they do for metal sheet. but this also allows gamers to use metal washers under their bases instead of magnets.
Is this Legit?
It Certainly is we are active gamers in Melbourne and some asking about in some Australian wargaming groups you will find someone who knows one of the people listed on the About us page.
Is there any gaming at this shop?
Unfortunately not as our current store is quite small and there is no room but if you are local to Melbourne the we can recommend a few clubs

What is Shipping Like?
Basically $10 Shipping or $15 Express on most items around Australia except Transport Boxes as they are huge so they are $20 basic no express.
Can I buy in store?
Absolutely, whether you want to check out some magnets or buy some One Page Rules models, or browse our massive range of basing bits that we try to keep stocked.
